ZERO-TOLERANCE INTEGRITY & TRADING NOTICE: Neo Laghaim enforces strict anti-cheat surveillance and fair play standards. Player-to-player item transactions and vending are conducted solely at the participants' own risk. Rule violation reports are officially processed and investigated within 1 to 3 business days.
Welcome to Neo Laghaim ("the Game", "we", "our", or "Management"). By registering an account, downloading the client, or accessing our game servers, in-game market, and Item Shop, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These rules are strictly enforced to preserve a balanced, authentic, respectful, and transparent MMORPG environment.
⚖ 1. ACCOUNT ELIGIBILITY & SOLE RESPONSIBILITY
Every player is solely accountable for the actions and security of their registered account:
- > Account Non-Transferability: Accounts are strictly non-transferable. Buying, selling, renting, sharing, or gifting accounts is strictly prohibited and results in immediate forfeiture.
- > Credential Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login ID and password. Management will never ask for your password under any circumstances.
- > Account Liability: Any violation committed using your account—regardless of whether authorized by you or a third party—will be treated as your direct responsibility.
⚖ 2. STRICT ZERO-TOLERANCE ANTI-CHEAT & HACK POLICY
We maintain an uncompromising Zero-Tolerance stance against any game client or memory tampering:
- > Prohibited Software: The use of Cheat Engine, memory injectors, packet sniffers/modifiers, speed hacks, wall-clipping tools, damage multipliers, auto-target scripts, or unauthorized DLL hooks is strictly forbidden.
- > Anti-Cheat Telemetry: The game client incorporates real-time integrity scanning. Any attempt to bypass, disable, or reverse-engineer the anti-cheat shield triggers automated logging and immediate hardware termination.
- > Consequences: Permanent account termination, HWID ban, IP blacklist, and immediate deletion of all associated characters and guild standings.
⚖ 3. AUTOMATION, BOTTING & MACRO EXPLOITATION
Fair gameplay requires active human interaction. Automated progression is strictly prohibited:
- > Botting & Macro Scripts: Third-party bot programs, pixel-bots, auto-hunting scripts, and hardware macros executing unattended actions (auto-potion, auto-loot, auto-skill rotations) are strictly banned.
- > AFK Farming Prohibition: Engaging in combat, skill casting, or resource gathering while unresponsive to Game Master (GM) in-game verification checks is treated as botting.
- > Sanction: Immediate permanent ban upon detection without prior warning.
⚖ 4. BUG EXPLOITATION & DUPLICATION (DUPE) PROHIBITION
Discoveries of anomalies must be reported immediately to preserve game economy:
- > Mandatory Reporting Duty: Any discovered bugs, map terrain glitches, item duplication loopholes, or skill cooldown abnormalities must be reported immediately via Support Ticket.
- > Exploitation Penalty: Intentional exploitation of server glitches or duping items for personal or guild gain results in immediate permanent ban and complete economic rollback of all receiving accounts.
- > Knowing Possession: Knowingly receiving, holding, or distributing duplicated currency (Lime) or exploited items will result in the same severe penalty as the perpetrator.
⚖ 5. PLAYER-TO-PLAYER TRADING & TRANSACTION LIABILITY
In-game commerce between players is subject to personal diligence and responsibility:
- > Sole Risk of Buyer & Seller: All player-to-player direct trades, personal shop vending, and marketplace auctions are conducted entirely at the risk and responsibility of the trading parties.
- > No Intervention for Player Negligence: Management and Game Masters (GM) do not compensate, reverse, or mediate trades resulting from typo errors, mispriced items, incorrect item selection, or private trust lending between players.
- > Trade Verification: Players are obligated to carefully verify the item quantity, refinement grade, and price before confirming any transaction window.
⚖ 6. REAL MONEY TRADING (RMT) & BLACK MARKET PROHIBITION
To safeguard game balance and prevent money laundering, all external commercial trading is banned:
- > Prohibition of RMT: Buying, selling, or facilitating the exchange of in-game currency (Lime), virtual items, equipment, or characters for real-world fiat currency, cryptocurrency, or external goods is strictly outlawed.
- > Unofficial Marketplaces: Advertising RMT services in chat, Discord, or external forums will result in instant chat mutes and permanent account bans.
- > No Recovery for Fraud: Management provides zero support or recovery for losses resulting from unauthorized black-market transactions.
⚖ 7. COMMUNITY ETHICS, ANTI-HARASSMENT, RACISM & ANTI-BULLYING POLICY
We foster a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for all players. The following behaviors are strictly outlawed:
- > Strict Prohibition of Racism, Ethnicity & Religious Hate Speech: Zero tolerance for any discriminatory, derogatory, inflammatory, or hateful remarks regarding race, ethnicity, tribe, religion, nationality, gender, or cultural background across public chat, whispers, character names (IGN), guild names, or community forums.
- > Prohibition of Cyberbullying & Intimidation: Systematic bullying, persistent harassment, malicious defamation, character stalking, doxxing (disclosing real-world personal information or photos without consent), or making real-life physical threats against any player or staff is met with immediate permanent expulsion.
- > Sexual Harassment & Inappropriate Conduct: Any form of verbal sexual harassment, unsolicited explicit messages, sexual innuendos, or predatory conduct towards players is strictly forbidden and subject to instant hardware ban.
- > GM & Staff Impersonation & Scamming: Pretending to be a Game Master (GM), Administrator, or staff member, or engaging in deceitful trade scams will lead to instant permanent ban and confiscation of all illicit gains.
⚖ 8. VIOLATION REPORTING PROCEDURE & INVESTIGATION TIMELINE
Rules regarding submitting violation reports and official processing timelines:
- > Official Reporting Channel: All suspected violations (cheating, botting, scamming, SARA/bullying, bug exploits) must be submitted via the official Report Violation form or Support Ticket with valid unedited evidence (screenshots/video URLs).
- > Processing Timeline (1 to 3 Business Days): Reports are reviewed and investigated by the GM security team within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Complex investigations requiring server log audits may take up to 5 business days.
- > Malicious / False Accusations: Submitting fabricated evidence, doctored screenshots, or malicious false accusations to frame innocent players is a severe infraction resulting in immediate account suspension.
⚖ 9. ITEM SHOP, VIRTUAL CURRENCY & PAYMENT POLICIES
Purchases within the Neo Laghaim Item Shop are governed by licensing terms:
- > Virtual License: Purchases of Lime and Item Shop goods constitute a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use digital items within the game.
- > No Real-World Cash Value: Virtual items and currency possess no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.
- > Chargeback Policy: Initiating unauthorized payment disputes or chargebacks without contacting support first will result in immediate permanent account suspension and blacklisting of all associated payment credentials.
⚖ 10. ENFORCEMENT & PENALTY MATRIX
Infractions are classified and penalized according to severity:
- > Level 1 (Minor Violation): WARNING / 24-72H MUTE Minor chat spamming, mild profanity, or non-targeted disruptive behavior.
- > Level 2 (Moderate Violation): 7~30 DAYS SUSPENSION Multi-client circumvention, failure to report known exploits, trade scamming, or market manipulation.
- > Level 3 (Critical Violation): PERMANENT HWID & IP BAN Memory hacking, botting, RMT, item duplication, GM impersonation, racism/religious hate speech (SARA), severe cyberbullying, sexual harassment, or payment fraud.
